Not long ago we saw an announcement that Z-Man Games had become an entity now known as F2Z Entertainment, which would be a major publisher of our favorite games from the Z-Man and even Plaid Hat line. The company has now announced that, as of March 15th, they will be going into multidistribution here in the states. What does this mean? Essentially more locations will be able to get their hands on the F2Z line of published games than ever, since the company will be distributing through more business channels.
The announcement states that the company will now be distributing through five major outlets here in the U.S.: ACD Distribution, Alliance Distribution, GTS Distribution, Peachstate Hobby Distribution and Southern Hobby Supply. During the GAMA Trade Fair this year, also in March, F2Z will be exhibiting and meeting with distributors and retailers to help plan out new releases for products this coming year. With the success of Plaid Hat Games and Pretzle Games falling under this umbrella, it’s an exciting time to see what changes will come from F2Z this season.
Finally, a full trailer for the upcoming “social game” Knit-Wit has been released. Knit-Wit is a game in which players take spools of string and create different word categories. Then it’s up to you to come up with items that match as many categories as possible in the time allotted. Players will vote on your answers, and you have the ability to score bonus points throughout the game! Will you come out on top as the big Knit-Wit with the most points? Check out the trailer for the game below, and get ready to play when it releases this March.
