SolForge World Championship Announced

SolForge

Some exciting news has surfaced for fans of SolForge. The game’s developer, Stone Blade Entertainment, has just revealed that the SolForge World Championship tournament will be taking place early next year. This will be an online, invitation-only 8-player event that will see the finals taking place at Gen Con next summer. Up until that time there will be a handful of qualifying events for players to earn the right to take part in the Championship tournament.

Competitors will be competing for a cash prize as well as the chance to both design and appear on an upcoming card in the game. Players will have to put their skills to the test against each other all around the world as they fight for supremacy in the leaderboards. With enough determination and strategy, you could see yourself among the many competing to take the top spots!

Players can earn their seat in the World Championship by competing in one of seven World Championship Qualifier tournaments, with the final spot going to the player with the most match points without a win. Each qualifier will pay out hundreds of dollars worth of in-game gold, and every event includes a gold amount equal to the entry fee. The first Qualifier event will take place this Saturday, July 26th at 9AM PDT. For more information you can check out the official tournament page. We wish luck upon all those who participate!
