Dungeons & Dragons Dice-Building Game Coming Soon From WizKids

Something exciting is happening later this year. Wizards announced this weekend that they are going to publish Dungeons & Dragons Dice Masters. This game will follow WizKids’ dice-building gaming system seen in Quarriors! and The Lord of the Rings Dice-Building Game.

In Dice Masters, players will assemble a party for their adventure and delve into dungeons and other trouble. Beholders? Dragons? Drow? They’re all coming to join the party too. Justin Ziran, WizKids president says;

“We’re excited to work with Mike Elliott and Eric M. Lang, who brought the original Dice Masters game to life, and we are sure they will bring Dungeons & Dragons Dice Masters to the table top in unique and immersive ways.”

It sounds like the Dungeons & Dragons Dice Masters game will be expanded upon, as there is a promise of booster packs, play mats, storage boxes, and much more to go along with the game.  There’s no exact release date, but we know it is set to release in the last quarter of 2014. I’m pretty excited about this because I really enjoyed the Lord of the Rings Dice-Building Game, so I have high hopes for this game too!
