Paizo Announces Pathfinder Legends Audio Dramas

Pathfinder Legends Logo

Paizo has come together with a company called Big Finish to release Pathfinder Legends, an audio drama series detailing the adventurers of our favorite heroes in the Pathfinder world. Pathfinder Legends will be released in hour-long episodes that feature a professional cast of voice actors, sound effects, and music that will immerse you within the deep world of the game. Many different adventures are planned, and they’ll be adding lots of fluff to the stories of the most iconic characters in the series.

Available right now is the first episode in the Pathfinder Legends series: Rise of the Runelords #1: Burnt Offerings. When Ezren, Harsk, Valeros, and Merisiel arrive in Sandpoint it seems that the town’s annual Swallowtail Festival will deliver a grand experience for them. Things change quickly, however, as a band of goblins attack during the ceremony and make moves to consecrate the town’s newly-rebuilt church.

If you’re curious about the voices that are being put to the characters you can check out samples of their audio on the Pathfinder site. You can also go ahead and download the first episode right from the site as well. The episode will cost you $10.39, and there’s an option to get it on CD for $12.79. If you’re looking to dive deeper into the world of Pathfinder and keep up with some iconic characters, this is the perfect way to do so!
