Army Painter to Release Paint Sets for Zombicide

Army Painter has partnered with Cool Mini or Not and Kvasir Innovations to produce a brand new line of paint sets for the popular Zombicide board games. From this partnership we’ll see two initial paint sets: the Zombie Core Paint Set and a Toxic/Prison Supplement Paint Set. Both sets are currently scheduled to be released at Gen Con 2014 later this year.

Zombicide has been a giant hit in the gaming community, and the game has become a staple for many gamers. When it comes to zombified post-apocalyptic mayhem, many look no further than Zombicide’s confined streets that run rampant with hordes of undead. Toxic City Mall and Prison Outbreak are the newest expansions for the game, and they both successfully funded on Kickstarter not too long ago.

Army Painter is a staple name among terrain makers and wargamers. The Army Painter line of paints, primers, terrain materials, and more have been used to bring many different games to life. I am excited to see these paint sets, especially since I’ve not painted any of the Zombicide models just yet. It looks like Gen Con will be a perfect time to pick up Zombicide if you haven’t yet, and the paint sets will be available at the same time!
