Games Workshop Posts New Warhammer 40k and The Hobbit Pre-orders

Games Workshop has just posted something sweet for all Warhammer 40k players as the new Tyranid pre-orders are available on their website. They’ve even thrown in something for The Lord of the Rings/The Hobbit players as well, as new pre-orders for that game as well. The Warhammer 40k community has been waiting on these new Tyranid releases for a while now, and the time has finally come to see exactly what to expect then the line rolls out.

Games Workshop has everything, from a Limited Edition Tyranids Codex, to a 1-click Tyranid collection. The latter will run you close to $400, however, so that’ll take quite a penny from your wallet. If you’re feeling jumpy, you can even pick up a sweet Tyranid Predation 1-click collection that will dig deep ino your pockets, costing you around $1,500.

The Hobbit Strategy Battle Game

In the land of the Shire, some new pre-orders are available as well. You can pick up models like Gandalf the Grey, Alfrid the Councilor, and even Bard the Bowman himself. Each of the models is running $20, save for the units.

If you’re looking to spend some post-holiday cash, this is one certain way to do it. The Hobbit Strategy Battle game is definitely picking up, and more models will be on the way with the release of the second film.
