Paizo is pushing forward with their upcoming releases, and today we get to see a bit of what’s expected in April of next year. This time around we’ve got a small handful of things to look forward to. Whether you’re looking for accessories or supplements, there’s something coming for you!
Let’s take a look at what will be arriving in April:
Slay a ferocious dragon, face the weight of age-old sins, and claim treasures of wealth beyond your wildest dreams. This 110-card deck is an expansion for the Pathfinder Adventure Card Game: Rise of the Runelords Base Set. It includes new locations, monsters, loot, and more, along with 5 new scenarios that offer a complete walk through the Sins of the Saviors adventure.
The third chapter out of six in the Mummy’s Mask Adventure Path, Shifting Sands is an adventure for 7th-level characters. Players will travel to the city of Tephu to explore the many archives that await within. They must be vigilant, however, as they will undoubtedly have to deal with those who wish the knowledge from the archives remain hidden. This supplement introduces brand new monsters, items, and more to your adventures.
This map pack contains 18 full-color 5”x8” map tiles, crafted by Jason Engle. They combine to form a modular, customizable map of an underground labyrinth filled with crumbling passages, bottomless pits, and more. As always, the tiles are resistant, and you can use wet, dry, and permanent markers with them.
Add some flair to your NPCs with these Wrath of the Righteous Face Cards. This deck of cards include 50 different face cards, used to illustrate and bring to life the NPCs in your game. Each card includes a character name, their role in the Wrath of the Righteous Adventure Path, space to record details, and awesome artwork.
All of these items are available now for pre-order, and they’re expected in April of next year. The face cards stick out to me the most, though I’m not sure I’d ever get around to using them. GMs like me could always use a new map pack, too, as I believe you can never have too many! No matter your preference, there’s plenty coming next year for Pathfinder fans!
